I finally able to reach Elsa and I tried the sugar water. She took a lil sip but wasnt comfy being held so I put her back ad she went straight to her water and drank quite a bit. She didnt eat but I think that may be bcuz Ursula was being rambunctious by the food tray. Elsa has moved back to the warmer corner and was almost trying to fall asleep standing. Ursula seems to pick on her alot, the lil stinker! As im typing this Elsa has eaten!
 
Sounds like you have a chicken bully, she could be causing the problem. Sometimes they won't let the other chicks eat or drink. That may be part of the problem. Maybe you could partition the brooder box so the girls each have their own side. Elsa may start to thrive then.
