Well that sounds like better news since she is eating, not sure where you live but I did hear in the Southern California region they have a Lotta chickens that have Newcastle disease, hopefully that’s not the case. I would take some plain yogurt and mix it with her crumble & anything else she might like, best to get her as much nutrients as you can. I don’t recommend draining the abdomen of a chicken ever I have tried that once it did not work and she will end up dying from
