Chicken not doing so well - advice appreciated!

Yes @casportpony would be good! I've put her inside in a box but I don't think she's goign to make it. My mum is going to be so mad because she stinks from the poop on her butt (some of it's wet). I tried to clean it but I don't really know how - if she's still going be the time my dad gets home I'll get him to have ago. She opened her eyes at the wet sponge and is breathing but she doesn't move voluntarily. I dipped her beak in a bowl of water but she wouldn't drink. What should I give her to eat?

Can you post a picture or video of her?

Ok update: I went out and she's really doesn't look good. Head down, sitting down, tucked up, not moving. I picked her up and she opened her eyes a little bit. Not bugs, very poopy but. It's also been very cold (not snow cold) recently, should I bring her inside and clean her up? I thought silkies were ok in cold weather. I don't think she'll survive if I don't do anything. HELP PLEASE!!! I put her upstairs out of the wind.
I sure hope she gets better, i have a 6 week old bantam acting the same way.. will be watching to see what others advise is..
