I have a 4 year old Serama hen, she's lost weight despite eating pretty much all day long, as far as I can tell she won't drink on her own, I've given her water via a dropper. She stopped laying eggs sometime between maybe June-August.

Has her behavior changed? (Lethargic, distant from flock, etc) What does her poop look like? Any outward signs, i.e. vent gleet? Was she laying regularly and suddenly stopped or did it become sporadic, with some soft shelled or deformed weak egg shells?

She's been lethargic and I've been keeping her inside, yesterday her poop just looked wet feed, some poop from today looked closer to normal but looked like it had some blood in it. I think her egg laying was a bit random, can't remember exactly the last time she laid one. Don't remember her laying any soft or deformed eggs.

Here's a picture of some poop from today.

The behavior, eating, and dehydration
with blood in the stool makes me think it could be Coccidiosis.

@Wyorp Rock has helped me in the past and seems pretty knowledgeable, any ideas?
As far as I know she's only started with the watery poop yesterday, she's been somewhat lethargic for days now. She isn't completely lethargic she'll walk around if put her outside.

Can you post photos of her?

The poop appeared to have blood in it, have you dewormed?

She doesn't lay eggs anymore - how long ago was that?
I'd still be inclined to give her Extra Calcium just in case she's struggling to lay an egg. Hens usually continue to lay throughout their lifetime, even if it's only an egg a year.
You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Check her crop to see if it's emptying. I'd work on hydration like you have been doing and then offer wet mushy feed.

It won't hurt to treat for Coccidiosis. Corid is found in the cattle section of TSC.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

With her age, she may have something else going on, often older hens start to have some issues with cancer and/or reproductive disorders.

I've put apple cider vinegar in her water for deworming.

She hasn't laid since maybe last Summer.

Her crop appears to be flat.

Here's a picture of her.

Does it matter if the Corid says "made for calves"?

Also we've fed her layer feed even after she stopped laying, we've switched her over to Purina Game Bird Maintenance Feed.
Here's what's in it.

Poop from today showed no signs of blood.
