chicken not laying eggs

My chicken poppy is a 21 weeks old barred rock and she still has not started laying ! should i be alarmed? Does anyone know what typical age they start laying?

My hatchery Barred Rock, Tripp, laid her first egg today at about 20 weeks (hatched March 5). Do you have a photo of your girl? Is she noisy? Has her comb and wattle grown and become bright red?
