Chicken owner for 2.5 years. Just now seeing health problems!

Have owned chickens (6) for 2.5 years. 1 passed this summer during extreme heat (southeast). I have one that is sickly and don’t know what else to do to help her. I’ve tried almost everything over a period of months. The other 4 seem to be doing good. I posted pics and explained more in detail on another thread. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
