Chicken Panting, won't move much... (NOT HEAT)

She's lying next to the water, is she drinking a lot? What's her crop feel like?
Is she pooping?

I'd check for an egg.
Hydration and Calcium Citrate (1 tablet daily for a few days).

If she's very stressed and panting, then soaking her in water may send her over the edge.

If the crop is not emptying, then address that symptom https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/
she might actually have pooped when I went outside tonight, it's a tiny bit hard to tell. I'll test for an egg very early tomorrow morning, and do a lot of other stuff...
She's not panting anymore, at least when I shined a flashlight at her (sorry)
What are some things I can look out for that she might be getting better?

One last thing: do egg bound chickens get egg bound right away? Because she ran out to one of my relatives when we let them out to free range, gobbled food off his hands, and only a few minutes later started the weird behavior....

does it happen just in the nesting box...

No it doesn't just happen in the nesting box.

Tell more about her running out to gobble food, then a few minutes later the weird behavior. What was the food?
I'd check her crop now, look inside her beak too. Then re-check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink.

Just normal feed. then sometime after she was lying down.
