Please help! My hen is in critical situation. She eat and drink but can't walk. Anyone who knows about the disease and its treatment.

Yesterday she was able to walk a little bit but today she became fully paralyzed

She was not feeling normal for 4 days but could walk. And today became paralyzed

I'm so sorry. What other things have you noticed that made you concerned over the past 4 days. What do you feed her, including treats? Are any other chickens showing any signs of feeling unwell? It would be a wonderful idea to make her a chicken sling to get her up right. They're fairly easy to fashion up quickly with supplies on hand. That should help her to feel better for right now.
