Chicken passed away not sure why

So I had a chicken pass away. should I be concerned about my other 2 chickens becoming sick and passing away too

Sorry for your loss. How old, what breed, did she lay eggs? Did you notice anything different about her body? Had she been eating and drinking? Most state vet labs can do a necropsy to look for a cause of death.

She was 4 months old not sure breed and I had to put water on spoon and she wouldn't eat her eyes were constricting and going back to normal and she was being bullied by the other 2

Keep her body cold in a cooler with some ice, wrapped in plastic bags. Ask if you can bring her body in today for a necropsy. Call the state lab this am.
