Chicken Photos Thread

I hope they are both hens. They are only 3-4 weeks but i am suspicious of one of them. there are no rules on roosters here but there are rules about having chickens at all if neighbors complain. So I would prefer not to end up with any roosters or to rehome them preferably to a breeder as they are full breeds out of the Blehm line. Misspelled that i think.

A Phoenix Bantam, 3 Ayam Cemani (with leakage, 2 aren't completely black) & a barnyard mix. Oh, and an India Blue peacock.

Oh dear, you're probably hate me for saying this, but...the darker one looks like a cockerel.

I was able to identify my two as babies because the male feathered in darker with black shoulder patches, and the female had white/orange shoulder patches. Your babies are super duper adorable, either way!

Thanks. Yes I do have a feeling about the darker one. The neck feathers are coming in now and they are a reddish brown and the other one is light gold. And the darker one is also bossing the others a little and posturing like a roo. Oh well.

My black frizzle needs a name

I am blown away with all the pictures above I wish I could capture so many my babies are all blurry(I did get my frizzle) my little ones are in love with my phone

Mine like to get right up in the lens! The webcam I put in their brooder usually ends up facing the wall from them pecking at it.
