I think they must have broken a branch by crowding onto it yesterday. When I went out to care for them today, I noticed the original branch was broken in half. So I put up a new branch for them. Soon after I put the new branch back up, they jumped up and settled down. They are so much fun to watch.

Great set up!

Mine haven't broken a branch yet but I keep backup branches (anything that's decently thick and straight) in case I have to replace any of their perches.

Thanks. Good idea to collect a few extra branches. Even if I don't need them for a long time, they'll be available to use as hiking sticks. Thanks for inspiring that idea.
