Yeah, build a Whizbang. SO easy, and work SO great.

so easy to USE or Build? I got the book, looks very complicated to me.

easy to use for shure.

as for the build.... 0 wrench job being filling up water and feeders and 5 wrench job being building an entire coupe and run.

its a 4 wrench job.

Like anything, you can spend more on pre-fab'd parts like the fetherplate and driveshaft which make it much more simpler to build, but then again you end up spending more money on it so.....

The wizbang book is written to read like a verbal set of instructions on making a piece of equipment. Many have reported that the less handy find this style of instruction a breeze despite there lack of wrench skills.

As an engineer i found it to be very frustrating coming from a world were your giving "blueprints" in order to build something, vs a book long set of verbal instructions with virtually NO "blueprints".

My DH wants to make one of those Whiz Bang Pluckers.... I think he dreams about it. He does not want to hand pluck again!! I am going to have to break down and order the plans for him one day

How much do the Wizbang plans cost? Anyone want to sell a used set of plans?
