Would you mind sending a picture of the chicken itself, so that we can observe what the chicken looks like? What else is she acting like? Could you send a picture of the comb please? And what type of food is she eating? What is the weather in your area? Sorry for the many questions, I just want to answer correctly instead of handing out false information. :thumbsup

Bright green usually means they are not eating or food is not being processed. It's bile. I see it in the final stages of hens with internal laying/egg yolk peritonitis or ovarian cancer all the time. Hybrid layers are very much prone to EYP and internal laying. However, for the ailments i listed there is no prevention, and no cure. This is somewhat common sadly. However, i have never had this problem before, and the ailments i listed may be incorrect. After i get some pictures i hopefully can help further. In the meantime, i’d recommend speaking to @Kiki for more advice. Hope this helps!

Try wetting a small bowl of her usual chicken feed, and add a little scrambled egg. Tuna in small amounts is also good. How old is she? Does she lay eggs? The green poop indicates she is not eating much. Check her crop to see if there is food in it during the day, and see that it is emptying overnight by morning.

So she has had a pale and shriveled comb she was gliding up and hanging her tail. My main thing is she is moving a lot slower then usual and not drinking a lot of water she is eating though . My rooster is also having this problem but just with the colored poop we have a large yard with grass and food for them . We recently just had a freeze but it is now warm I’m in lower Texas .

How old is she and is she laying eggs? I'd check her belly (between her legs and below her vent) to she if she feels swollen and squishy or has masses. Her comb looks normal to me... they do get paler and smaller in winter especially if they stop laying. Your rooster's poop might just be green from eating a lot of grass if it otherwise looks normal.

She’s definitely not ok her belly is good this is a picture I caught of her walking I will have to get one when she is hunched . She lays eggs but molted recently so she hasn’t lairs in a while she’s not egg bound.91/2 months old

Can you check her crop tonight and see how it feels (usually it'll be somewhere between a golf ball and a tennis ball in size and should have some firmness to it) and then check again first thing in the morning before she has eaten anything to make sure it's flat and empty?

You said earlier that she is eating ok. Is that still the case? Chickens fill their crop before going to roost, so she clearly doesn't feel well. It's probably something internal, but doesn't hurt to check for mites/lice as external parasites can make a chicken quite miserable.

I would isolate her in a separate crate in the coop so you can monitor how much she is eating and drinking. Try to get her to eat a good meal and monitor her crop afterwards. What's her normal food? If you feed pellets you can make a mash by wetting it and add a little plain yogurt if you have it. A lot of chickens also like a little scrambled egg, tuna, or even cat food. If she doesn't seem to be drinking enough, try dipping her beak into some electrolyte water (pedialyte or gatorade work) or even a little sugar water to encourage her to drink.

I'm generally not a fan of treating for everything without some indication of what the problem is, but if she doesn't improve or gets worse you might consider treating for worms and/or an infection.
