Chicken poop help

One of my chicks pooped this last night. I have no idea if this is a bunch of worms or intestinal shedding. There was no blood and it wasn’t moving...I rinsed the sand off just to have a better look. What do you think? Do I need to treat for worms?

edit: they are all acting normal, eating and drinking as usual.

You are correct, it's tapeworms. Buy Equimax equine paste wormer at a feed store and dose the bird that excreted the tapeworm segments. Dosage for a 5 pound bird is 0.16ml given orally. Repeat dosing in 10 days.
Only dose birds that excrete tapeworm segments or show signs of small segments in feces. See pic:
