Lazy Gardener is right. Use deep litter in your run and you can compost it right there without having to move it. You can just take finished compost that won't burn your plants from the bottom layer of the litter.
Use a mix of organic matter, whatever you have on hand, leaves are great, pine needles, twigs, straw, kitchen and garden scraps, spent plants, etc.
I know it's finished compost at the bottom and doesn't burn plants because my chickens find tasty oat and weed seeds sprouting all the time in mine.
