Chicken poops blood?

So this morning I went out to the run and found that one of my chickens had a tiny amount of blood at the end of the dropping. I did a thorough search of the run and did not find any others.

99% of this poop looked normal but the blood was unmistakable. Other than Cocci, what could have caused this and should I he concerned? Thank you.

PIctures of the poop would be helpful. How old is the bird? Without seeing it, it's hard to say. Coccidia is the most common cause of blood, dietary things can sometimes look like blood.
