Ha, this was my egg haul last night (which I collected in a total downpour!). I appear to have 2 new LF layers as of yesterday.

One of these is not like the others!! I REALLY wanted some excuse to cook with eggs last night so I could see what was inside it. We might be having scrambled eggs with ham for dinner tonight!!

Aspen, I am so happy that you have FLUFFINESS!!

I love that part in "Despicable Me" where the little girl says," IT'S SO FLUFFY!!" She is so cute and funny. The line works for chickens too!!

I am feeling lucky today, Aspen!! LOL!!

I would incubate, but there's no roo in that pen.

Still haven't found the perfect (i.e. any good looking) buff orp roo in the area. Fortunately there are two chicken swaps over the next two weekends. Guess where I'll be??!!

Yep, dreaming of chickens!! The best part is I get paid tomorrow and the first swap is on Sat. morning. Fateful timing, wouldn't you say??
