Chicken Quilt Block Swap---BLOCKS ARE IN THE MAIL!!!

Here are my first two blocks..I am doing the same ones as Tabby..I changed the pattern slightly since I am hand appliquing them..don't have the eyes done yet , will probably embroider them all at once....hope they are o.k.

btw I am using different fabrics as I couldn't find anything that I liked better than what I have on hand...now back to work!!

I was in a swap last year where everybody did the roosters on the fatcat website. One thing to remember is that the lady (Sindy R) that owns the website is very particular about her copyrights and people getting her permission to use the patterns. She is very generous with giving the permission for swaps. I hope that everybody that hosts swaps using her website gets her permission first. Otherwise, that site and other helpful ones like it may disapear off the web.
