Chicken really sick, need help

I have noticed that when they have a smell coming from the backend that is usually a massive infection.

But she has odd smell to her. Right now i have her inside, away from others

We dont have any vets near to help, any suggestions? No luck with 2 days of corid

Not totally sure if vent is the smell, but when i pick her up i can smell her on my hands after putting her down. From neck up totally normal, from neck down like she has no control

I feed pellets, i think purina, yes grit, some mealworms and dry corn for treats, change water every one to two days, recently put in new run and house right nxt to old one.

Is it red around her vent?

Possibly has swallowed screw or staples?...

That sounds fine. Can you post a video and pictures of her?

Doubled checked vent and its not red , no drainage. She keeps trying to push legs but they are straight behind her and not much good, , just makes her nose dive
