"Why can't you?" Raven asked groggily.

"That would be quite a responsibility," Blackie pointed out. "even if you could." She spotted an earthworm wiggling on the surface of the ground and quickly snatched it up.

"It's too small... the chick wouldn't survive" She looked at zeus then looked down at the egg again "Someday..."
