Chicken runny noses?

I know that sometimes chickens sneeze because they got dust in their noses, so not every sneeze is cause for alarm. But what about clear runny nares? Is that something that can sometimes be normal and sometimes be a sign of illness?

Also, if a rooster was crowing every morning multiple times a morning and suddenly isn't crowing, is that a sign of illness?

Could possibly be respiratory illness??? Do they cough/sneeze?
