I’m having same problem. I have 5 hens age 9 months different breeds. One is getting picked on, I think because she has broken/lost feathers above her tail. The skin seems healthy otherwise. I put on a chicken saddle and she is running around and the other birds won’t go near her so now I think it’s stressing her out even more. I just put this chicken saddle on last night, Should I leave it on for the day or take it off now?

I took the chicken saddle off and my chicken was happy again and then the other ones came around her so it seems like she was acting crazy and they were staying away from her because of that.
