You know, I don't mind spiders much... in fact I usually give them the benefit of the doubt and not smush them... but if I were in your situation I'd likely move. lol

Thank you so much!! I managed to identify the species online, they are Fishing Spiders, not Wolfs. Nasty... going through all those spider pictures I have terrible shakes now, and still have another (even bigger) species to identify. I'll do that later, I need to go hug chickens now.

I'm with you on getting the shakes! Gah, that's too much! I'm glad you got a solution. I've just started researching how to handle the Joro nightmare since I'm getting chickens. I'm going to get some permethrin right now!

My chickens are the spider killers lol. I have a breeder with 6, month-old pullets in it in the basement in my house where we get a lot of small spiders and cave crickets. I just hold the chicken a few inches away and they get a tasty snack lol
