Chicken Sick - Eyes Closed - Poor Ballance

I have a 4 days old chick I'm not sure if it's a he or she yet I saw it when it's mum stood up it was just lying there so I picked it up and it cheeped and struggled with its eyes closed after a bit it stopped struggling and cheeping but still breathing I have put it back under now the other chick seems healthy and doesn't acknowledge the sick one

My chicken is having this too, I am afraid she may not have much time left

I have duramycin antibiotic would that help at all?

She did this a few months ago and snapped out of it

There has been a mouse in her enclosure lately would that have anything to do with it?

Last time she did this there were no mice

we just cleaned her chicken house and put in fresh hay

she is the only chicken we have at the moment, her comb is also flopped over

please help!

Hi. Ive just had a coronation sussex sussex with bubbly closed eyes for a week. Its about 12 wks in a group from 3 different breeder. The only other coronation from the same breeder was starting to go the same. Ive been giving them all sulphur 3 in their water and they are all looking good. The sick girl was foraging and survived for days although i think she couldn't see from one eye because she had to tilt her head to the side to see food. This morning she was cold and cheeping. When i picked her up she was struggling to breath. I euthanized her. I couldn't see her getting better. It looked as though her eye balls were damaged. I think it was coccidiosis but she had secondary effects. Rip little girl. She put up an enormous fight.
