I have an ex-battery hen, unsure of age. I rescued 4 of them from a local auction. We get about 2 eggs a day from 4. Not sure which ones lay the eggs. I've had her for 5 months. Last Thursday she started laying down being lethargic. She can stand and walk around. She is just laying down. Her poop is yellow_green and very mucus like. Her comb is very pale and feels very warm to the touch. She is eating and drinking some. I have not noticed and mites, lice, or worms. All of my other chickens are seemingly fine and having no symptoms. They free-range all day and are in the coop at night. I have separated Ruby the sick chicken. I have Corrid, antibiotics, Rooster Booster and dewormer just trying to figure out what to treat her for. No bumblefoot, no water belly, crop feels like it's empty which she's not eating much.

For now, I'd just get some food and water into her and see how she's doing in a day or so. I'm not sure what's wrong.

I'd give her some meat/fish, eggs, and moistened chicken feed.
Definitely get some Rooster Booster into her.
