Chicken sick with respiratory problems

Have chicken that is having trouble breathing gasping for air and then squealing out.whay should I do it's been going on for about 4 days got her inside and a humidifier going for her plz plz help gotta act.fast

How is she acting? Any mucus or bubbles? Are they eyes swollen ?
