Chicken sick?

I have noticed my chicken has been making a low pitched whistling noise for the past 2 months. She dosn't seem affected by it, so I didn't think much of it. When I palpated her trachea she coughs/sneezes. I have also noticed her crop feels full, but I can't tell if it is fluid or gas about the size of a tennis ball maybe bigger. She did apper to have a moist beak after palpating her trachea, but she is not drooling or having any swelling in her face.So I don't think it's MG. She is not lethargic and activley eats and runs around with the other hens. Not sure if these two are related. She is a bigger hen a golden cuckoo maran. No other chickens have these symptoms either.
I just checked her out this morning and her crop looks obviously distended just looking at her from afar.

When you say you checked her crop this morning, was that before she ate or drank anything? You will need to ensure this is the case to find out if she has a crop issue. Have you noticed any smell coming from her mouth?

Here is an article on crop issues which is really good and has helped me out with my flock on a number of occasions.

Be aware though that a crop issue can often times be a symptom of an underlying condition. One thing at a time though.

Other details that would be helpful would be:
What do you feed your flock?
How is her appetite?
Do you provide grit?
Is the coop well ventilated?
Can you describe her poop (photos would be even better)
Have you looked down her throat? If not, you should (you are looking for anything obstructing her airways-causing that noise you have been hearing, possibly canker)

The fact she is still active is a good sign! It gives you time to find out what is going on with her.

Lots more info needed.
How old is she?
When did she last lay an egg?
How does her breast muscle feel? Is her breast bone reasonably well padded or does it feel sharp under the skin?
What does her abdomen feel like? Assess this by cupping your hand between her legs and feel for any swelling or bloat there and below her vent. Do the same to other hens (roosting time is easiest) so that you have an idea of what normal feels like.
Come back to us with answers to these and the questions in the above post and hopefully we will be able to narrow it down a bit.
Photos of the bird can also sometimes be helpful.

I have not been able to get a better look at her but I will take away food tonight and check in the morning.

I haven’t seen her specific poop but it all looks normal when I’m walking around the yard. She eats just like all the other ladies. I do not have grit as they never touch it and they have a whole 1/4 fenced in backyard. I will try to look down her throat tomorrow too. I did notice that when I messaged her Corp the other day she stopped wheezing the next day but then it came back.

She is 13 months old.
Ok I checked her out this morning, her crop was heavy and I could still feel a few peices of crumbles in it. Her whisling has decreased and she sounds a bit more junky now.

Her breast bone did feel a bit sharp and her breast meat seemed a bit on the lean side. She is a maran and should be a bit more breasty I thought.

I am not sure when she has last laid as I cannot tell the eggs appart. I am only getting 3-4 eggs a day right not out of the 15 hens. I have an idea of who is laying becasue of the bright red comb but I can't remember if hers was like this.

I will get back with the picture as I don't have one apparently. but the nest way to describe it is she looks like she has a water balloon (tennis ball size) under her feathers.

I'll get back to you about the abdomen, I didn't see that question yesterday.

Thank you for posting the pictures.
Her crop does look distended but you can't know whether there is an issue or not until you keep her feed and water from her overnight and check in the morning. Any crop can look distended during the day without any crop issue. If she has a crop issue she is not getting proper nutrition and could be slowly (or not so slowly) starving, which could explain your description of her keel and breast muscle. The sooner you begin working on her crop if there is a problem the better so check first thing in the morning and let us know.
Also check if there is a smell coming from her beak - this could suggest Sour Crop but again, a morning check is needed.
Do you have somewhere you can keep her separate from the flock? If there is a crop issue you may need to strictly monitor what she eats and you also need to confirm what her poop looks like. Photos if possible please.

Also did you get a look down her throat?
