Chicken singing for the other chicken??

I have a weird question please. I have two hens, 8 months old. When one hen is laying her egg, the OTHER one will walk around back and forth "singing"??!! It's like they sing the "egg song" to each other?? Has anyone ever heard of this, or do I just have two very weird hens?? They btw are an Easter Egger and a Barred Rock. Thanks for any input or ideas as to WHY they might be doing this.

My girls are doing this as well. One will peek in on the other to "check" on her and run around squawking like no one's business. I guess it's a supportive thing! Or a hurry up, I need that box!

Hahaha that's good to know!! I think it's a supportive thing with mine then cause they do it even when they've already laid their egg!! I guess they cheer each other on!! Haha
