Chicken skin problem

I would try cortisone cream on her scaly skin. Or just coconut oil. The latter has antibiotic properties and can help heal as well as soothe the itch. I don't recall if I suggested that before.

I know this is an older post, but I have a Serama chicken (hen) same issue. And cant figure out what to do or what it is. Can you tell me what happened with yours, and or if she ever got better? Thank you.
