Chicken sneezing and swollen around eye

Thanks - I've decided to pack it all in tomorrow though.
Turning myself into a maniacal pet murderer or some sort of chicken leper is not what I envisioned when I started - not much fun.
I really don't think I have it in me to go around killing chickens and I'm not prepared to spend the rest of my time worrying what my chickens or I can pass around.
It's soul destroying to see all the hundreds I've spent going down the drain but I don't want to have to disinfect myself every time I go near the chickens or worry about spreading something to my finch collection which would be devastating as I have many many many thousands invested in that. I have rare finches which can't be replaced and are being bred by only a few people in the country.
Going to take the chickens back to where I got them first thing tomorrow morning and leave them with the problem - but not before I've transferred the hundreds I've wasted to the face of the guy who sold them to me. I have no patience when it comes to this sort of thing and I'm livid as hell.
You were right cntrfld21, it hasnt mysteriously dissappeared - the Koekoeks are better but the Orpington worse today.

I'm sorry to hear that my friend. Sounds like the person you got them from knew that they were probably sick and just pawned them off on you. That's very sad because people who do that kind of thing don't care about the person of the animals. I still wouldn't discount trying Denagard as a preventative medicine if you decide to have more poultry on your property. It works great, is only $45 and pretty much cures any MG/LT type sickness. Best of luck to you my friend and take care
