Chicken STILL not laying

We purchased chicks in April last year. Our BLRW, is still not laying. Several times ive thought that she was just really good at hiding them, but she's been cooped up since our fence blew down a couple of days ago, and still no eggs. Should I cal Guiness yet?

Layer feed. I got them at a poultry show from different vendors. The picture was taken on a rainy day. They aren't really that scraggly.

What protein layer feed? Any ideas on ages? Did worm them? You could have been sold old hens

I got them as chicks. 16% protein. I've never wormed them, but I've never seen any sign of worms. The other hen lays like a champ.

She could just be a dud. Not all hens lay.
