Chicken Stock/ Craft Stock for Nov. 8th Tractor Supply Milford NH

Hey Thanks Gypsy....I made these great bundles up with these beautiful wax paper sandwich bags...I put my end pieces in them and wrapped them. $1 EACH!!

I only made up like 10 of them because I was not sure how well they'd do. I'll make more as I go along. I'm out of lavender fragrance oil and Clean cottom oil and I've got 4 orders waiting on JUST those two fragrances. They are my best and favorite sellers.

I do have a new product I'm going to TEST out on my chicken folks...it is gylcerine Amethyst crystal soap faceted just like real Geodes.....my girls LOVE them...but they are small and kind of wasteful to me. But a fun novelty. Plus I a serious rock hound....so they appeal to my dirty side. They will have dead sea salt sprinkled on one side...hmmm....I'll have to post pictures on my website....of those too. Ok....back to work.

I was wondering if anyone is bringing ducks this weekend and if so, what breeds. We recently lost our fawn Indian Runner duck and would love to find another runner or female of another breed because our drake misses her terribly.

gypsy how much are a pair of the button quail? I am cleaning out the aquarium and I'll redo with new plants that I know are harmless. I would be happy to take the little ones with the missing toes if you tell me what kind of special care they need.

Button Quail will be $ 5.00 each and as for special care they will not require anything other than clean shavings, fresh water and game crumbles.
I have them all healed up they thankfully have only lost the very ends of the toe, which would be where the nail is.

I have seen worse. one of my best little hens actually only has one leg and she gets around very nicely.
Cassi being the critter lover she is argued the woman I got the original pair from into giving up the one legged baby. said she fit right into MisFit Haven.
For such a tiny bird they are incredibly tough animals. and they are hours of fun and joy to watch.

I got an email at school today that someone local is moving and wanting to give away her ducks, bunnies and 2 kittens, I recommended going to the swap on Saturday...but I can pass along your request, she just wants to find a good home for them, like I said I believe they would be free...

We'd probably take the bunnies. Both of my older girls have been begging me for some, so depending on temperament etc...we'd love to have them!

Is anyone bringing hatching eggs? Are they something that people normally bring?

Chickn....Are your pullets ones you've hatched? Would you consider splitting any of your pairs or trios? (For the moment, we can only have hens)

Cheeptrick.... I can't wait to check out your soaps!

What's everyone else bringing?
