Poor Elvis:( He seems like a nervous guy as it is. He must have been absolutely terrified.
I think the one time Humphrey got out of the run was what has made him such a wimp when it comes to everything. He acts all big and brave to the girls. But if a squirrel is in the trees chattering he is the first one running for the coop. I have seen him run OVER them to get inside first.

i am so sorry about your roo. so very sorry.

a hawk flew down right in front of me in the backyard last Thursday and tried to take Penny but she was too heavy. i was 6 foot away and wouldnt have been able to do anything if he hadnt dropped her. Sadie the dog was in the front yard but i bet he wouldnt have cared about her either.

winter setting in must be bringing all of the animals out of the woods.

i am gun shy to let them free range now until spring. but i know i am going to have to on sunny days.

so sorry for you.

My daughter has had complications with her pregnancies turned out ok but she's on bed rest now and can't come over and help me with the puter stuff,so I had to figure it out myself.

i felt like a bad mother, but then i think do you want to spend your whole life in a cage and live a long life, or do you want to freerange and take a chance. but enjoy what you have.
now i wish i put him in a cage, i just love them walking around the yard, meeting me at the door.

Thank you spotted.I looked on your site but didn't see the fishing one.If you don't have it anymore its ok,I saw another one I thought was pretty.
And I loved that little doll for my altar.
