Chicken Stuck Upside Down Help

This evening I discovered one my free rangers stuck upside down between two peices of wood. She had to have been there for at least eight hours. She is awake, breathing normally and no rapid heart rate. She can't stand without tipping over and I can't feel any broken leg bones. I am very concerned to say the least.
I have her in a small dog crate so she won't flop over. She did take a dropper full of water. What else should I do and watch for?

I gotta say - I'd be comatose after hanging upside down between two pieces of wood for 8 hours. :) I don't think I'd be very hungry right away either. Hope she gets 'right' soon.

I realized this morning that this isn't Fern but her sister Bertha which is good. I am hoping that since she is so much bigger than the other chickens that she will bounce back quickly. She is just chilling in our warm bathroom with water and food but is still pretty week.
No interest in food yet but no worries, now if she would drink water on her own I know she wouldn't be so droopy. She did have a nice healthy poo this morning so that's good.

Update. Bertha is up and walking slow and steady. She is eating and drinking a little electrolyte water. We let her go outside to scratch around, with supervision and as expected a few of her flock mates ganged up on her but she held her own. We will try the playpen method to reintroduce her to the girls. After forty minutes of walking and enjoying the sun she had had enough. We were able to see that her right wing is dragging and she can't flap it well so now she is trussed and seems happier.

I have a question about chicken wings. Is it possible that a tendon can tear causing the lower part of a wing to not move?
I have been watching her wing closely and see the shoulder working but not anything from the elbow and wrist. She is perfectly happy to just let it drag even if she steps on the feathers.
I have tried different types of wraps but Bertha tears them up and seems more annoyed by the wraps than by pain.
Anyone with experience with wing injuries?
