I am home and beat to death, chilled, wet, and exhausted lol. typical swap day.

Dave left you a message call me.


Good swap even though it was drizzly and then rained like heck at load up.
wish there were more people visiting but it was a good time non the less.
came home with more than I planned with a new rabbit and 2 new turkeys oh and lest we forget the new Houdon chicken thingy cassi couldnt live with out ( thanks heather

).

kinda sad the french lops didnt find new homes but oh well there is one more swap left before I have to worry about it.

ON TO CHICHESTER !!!!!!

I had a great time too. My kids are in love with the bunnies I got, my youngest one hasnt put the thing down since I got her home and has named her Allena.

I dont know who the guy was but thank you to him! lol
I thought hubby was going to be like "great what did you bring home!" now but he was beside himself at how cute they are

We had a great time at the swap today!

Barb, i hope you enjoy your Dominiques. I think they are nice birds!

Also your plants--i think they really want to go into the ground soon, or at least into pots, they've been sitting in that tray for a long time now. You might find earthworms in the tray too, but hopefully no bad critters (like slugs) hitched a ride too.

We brought the last of our plants and were happy to find homes for a bunch of them! Gypsy, my daughter loves the oregano so you probably will too. (Yes, she was grabbing and eating leaves off one of the plants i have left, silly baby.

)

In spite of the rain, we had a good time seeing people. Oh, and we brought home a GUINEA PIG! From the men over in the corner near the big fencing, etc. The kids named the guinea pig Kurly (yes, with a K). I had a cage at home, but we needed to get food, a ceramic dish, water bottle, and toys for her---that stuff adds up fast! LOL

We will not be able to make Chichester, so see you all in the fall when swaps start up again!

thats the perfect swap! LOL except there was something missing, yes we missed heather today

thank you so much greg for my cover, luna is excited about all her new space now that her bed is hanging outside her cage and she can be safe!!

i couldnt even go over to the bunny guy, didnt feel strong enough to walk away without one of those cute bunnies, and i heard that after chickenlady and henpen were done with him there wasnt anything cute left anyway

on to chichester!!





and dont panic all you swapaholics i hear rumor of a new one coming shortly!!

I didn't come home with anything new, thats a first... sad though no more swaps until fall. unless this weather decides to be fall instead of summer. I let the chickens and ducks out when we go home from the swap. their all covered in mud! having a ball rolling around its so funny to watch I just don't want to pick them up !
