Yep. I’ve taken the hubby to two reunions in 40 yrs. The high school experience was good, but I graduated from a school that was the equivalent of a small town (1,000 or so in sr class). Crazy. Anyway, I keep up with those that matter in “real time” (no social media but BYC), and am not interested in the superficial hobnobbing - not back in the day, not now. Family has been/is the most important, meaningful thing.I dragged Hubby to one of my class reunions, #25. It seemed like everyone was bragging how great they were doing. I laughed to myself when I saw the "star" quarterback, he was bald, chubby and had been divorced 3 times. I never when to another reunion. In high school I tried to make myself invisible, there was absolutely no need to make myself visible now.
Kojak
Yep! Telly Savalas!Kojak
I still have my Roy Rogers cap guns!I remember having the six gun and holster to go with those.
My Mom bought it from a school supply store. It was not great paper. Hard to erase on because it'd tear.
She also bought stencils to try and fix my lovely handwriting. I don't recall them working as intended though, since Nobby Gibberish and Nobby Somewhat Readable are the two main fonts I use for writing.

I actually did learn cursive. It doesn't look pretty though. I call it Nobby Cursive Clunky.I am quite adept at Chicken Scratches Narrow and Illegible Script Bold.
