I am here...........lol
Wow, they really turned out beautiful. I love getting to see what my chicks grow up to look like.
Thank you so much. They look so happy and very healthy looking.

We love them, Gandalf and Blackie are both roos, while Chokey and Ziggy look like pullets. 50/50! We try to limit the roos we keep, but these two are both so sweet we don't think we can part with them, lol.

if anyone else has pictures of new chickens put them up!! we love pictures. this weekend I will try to get pictures of my legbar with his 2 black polish.

Here are a few pics of some Japanese Bantams I got from the Derry swap at the end of Sept. I dont know if they came from anyone on BYC. I got 4 and ended up with 3 roos 1 pullet.

They are a month older now than in the pics and are very pretty, though not a recognized color

Wow - I need to buy more Bubba eggs.
bubba is a special little guy. all his kids are beautiful. I have seen many of them. his new girls are not laying yet. when they start there will be a whole new color palette. I don't hatch at all till late spring so all the bubba eggs are up for grabs. I also have a blue and a splash frizzled cochin daughters of bubba that will be paired with the legbar.

very good looking birds. I like the light colored one. it is possible that these guys came from me. a couple of us do japanese.

Did someone ask for pictures? And yes, there are a couple of Lav Orps. Also BBS Marans and some Cochins.

I only have one pullet, a HUGE black-tailed buff frizzle girl. The strength of frizzling he produces is really lovely. They feather out late because they are so dang curly, and they stay frizzled to the very ends of their tails. Let me get done with the batch I'm raising right now and I'll be back, I promise!
