Chicken temperament

I wanna know the temperament of Colombian rock chickens? I heard they are bossy but mine is super cuddly but always peck my younger hen and super loud..

Can’t speak for this breed, but I’ve had plenty that go against their breed norm ...
I have a Buff Orpington who does not get bullied by the other hens and holds her own when it comes to the bossy ones.
I have Polish girls who are not at the bottom of the pecking order in a mixed flock.
I have a Rhode Island Red who is my ultimate lap chicken and is not at all bossy or mean to the others (but her sister is the stereotypical RIR hen - bratty and dominant).
And I’ve had RIR roos who turned out to be mellow boys and not aggressive.
I’ve learned that each chicken is his or her own person, so you never know!

Just like people, chickens don't always conform to stereotypes.

In the same genepool of pheonixes For example, I have a Cuddlebug and two hens that like to grab and thwap people

Yeah because they keep picking on the smaller hen while the bigger hen loves to sit on me
