Chicken threw up on me...

I was moving one of the girls from one roost to another and she just up and puked on me. It was very milky and liquid. She has been a little quiet today, but nothing unusual. What could this possibly be and what should I be on the lookout for? She is 6+ months old and all 6 of my girls are kept in a run all day. They do not free range.

I watched one of my easter eggers swallow a whole feather (a nice long flight feather) once, I could not get to her in time to stop it.... about a minute later she puked all over my sidewalk.
maybe yours did something similar?
