Chicken throwing up liquid

My chicken has been throwing up clear liquid and sometimes it looks like it has grass or other stuff she ate. She seems ok at times but then all of a sudden she seems sleepy. What could I give her? Natural remedies?

Sometimes my girls will drink too much water and lose some of it when they put their heads down to peck at the ground. If you check her crop right after she throws up and it's full of water, that's just her over-filling her crop. Nothing to worry about.
