I went into the coop and one of my hens was sitting on the roost so I went over to pet her and she threw up a clear very faint yellow tinge to it. She has never done this before. Her eyes, wattle and comb are normal red. What should I do besides keeping an eye on her

This has just happened to me! We inherited our chickens when we bought our house and have never managed to pick any of ours up apart from when they're broody. We've recently got two new chickens and there's still a bit of getting used to each other going on. One of our original chickens didn't want to go to bed tonight and I found her in another room, picked her up and she vomited a lot all over my hand and sleeve
I'm so glad backyard chickens were on hand to help and advise. I was so worried when she did it.
