Chicken type question

It looked like a silky with a layer of feathers(very silky type) over the silk...Anyone know what this could be?...The lady that has it said it was sold as a silky but the layer of feathers over the silk thru us off...

I should have added, the head has no silk...It's not an unbearded or naked neck...It was beautiful, just couldn't tell what it was as the thin layer of feathers over the silk thru us off...
