My silkie hen recently went through a very heavy moult and now she is unable to walk otherwise she falls and has a very hard time pooping. When she tries to poop she tries so hard to push from how weak her muscles have become. I’m trying to feed her egg and give her supplements but is there something i can do to fix this quicker? I don’t want her to have a stool impaction and die please help shes getting worse everyday

Do you have photos of her and her poop?

Is she able to eat/drink on her own?
Is her crop emptying overnight?
Any lice/mites?

What supplements have you been giving?

If she seems constipated, give her 1 teaspoon coconut oil twice a day, see if that helps get things moving.
Offer wet mushy feed to eat. What do you feed - layer feed, chick starter, etc.?

Does she have a large poof and feathers around the eyes? Does her face need trimming? Sometimes, if they are unable to see well, they can decline.

i can try getting photos of her poop but they seem normal, she does have a big poop stuck on her feathers near her rear not sure if it indicates constipation. Yes she eats and drink on her own, i’ll have to check if her crop empties but it should be fine. I don’t see any lice or mites. I’ve been giving her vitamin d, calcium and a multivitamin liquid. She does have a large poof especially after her moult i tried trimming but that didn’t seem to be a problem. She tries standing and getting up but she really struggles

Make sure that your vitamin contains b2 riboflavin. There are many b vitamins, and super b complex contains riboflavin, but not all vitamins for chickens have it. Human super b complex 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily is more than enough. I crush it mix into a bit of egg or feed. Most chickens can swallow a 1/4 tablet. I would remove the stuck on poop, and gently put a little vaseline or other oil around and just barely into the vent opening.

I agree, I'd give her B-Complex. This was suggested in the thread you made a couple of weeks ago. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/chicken-sitting-all-day-and-trips.1682269/

I would offer some moistened chicken feed, a bit of egg or tuna. Human super B complex tablets 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily might help her legs. Here is a decent one:
