Chicken vent bleeding

One of my black sex-links has blood coming out of her vent. It isn't cut. She seems active but she just pooped this out.

is there any tissue protruding out. Clean off the blood, the others will peck her to death if they see blood. Did she lay a large egg today? Is her belly swollen, is she eating? Do you think she may have broken an egg inside her? not good, can cause an infection or it may be a prolapse vent. You can try to soak in in a warm bath. I might clean her up and keep an eye on her for more yellow(yolk) coming out of her, if so, then I would say she broke an egg in her, you may have to flush it out, the bath could help that I think.

She is eating and I don't think she is swollen. Not a prolapsed vent either.

It happened again and she died this time. Not a prolapsed vent.
