Chicken Walking on its Knuckles

The little one is almost perfect! He isn't knuckling over or walking on his heels anymore. However he is still uncoordinated and steps on his feet a lot. The big one needs a splint but I don't know how to splint his leg really. Its only his right leg bothering him, and its like he is trying to step over something. When standing still he'll put it down but won't walk on it at all.
