Today was an unusually hot day and when I went to go check on my hens a lot of them had their wings out and were slightly overheating. They were hot but not anything overly dramatic except for one. This is a video of the chicken after I brought it inside to try to figure out what could be the problem. It was wheezing and couldn’t keep its head up… I’m having a hard time figuring out if this is gape worm or if it could just be severely dehydrated. I have separated it in the meantime and giving everybody electrolytes. Any advice would help! I also added more vet RX to their waters.

Thank you @sloanbychoice , @casportpony , and @dawg53 !! I kept her separated and checked on her through the night putting the water with vet rx and electrolytes up to her beak that she would slowly drink up. I checked on her around 12 and she had a lot of mucus in her beak( just in the mouth) and still had a hard time breathing but not gasping. This morning Im happy to say she was acting like nothing happened! I am concerned about the mucus and crackly noises she had though. Could it be some type of minor respitory issue/ infection?

I purchased this Verm X to start adding periodically to their waters-

Any thoughts or advice are greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
