Chicken who lays eggs with no shells. . . help! Do I pull out the stringy, yolky thing from vent or

This gold-lace has been laying eggs regularly now with no shells. Most of the time they are expelled wholly. Sometimes she does this:


This is a current photo from right this instance. Do I try to pull this egg whitey/poopy worm-like thing from her or just leave her be to let either the other hens go at it or let her get it herself?

This makes the 2nd time I've seen this happen in less than a month. She was able to pass it quickly the last time.

Yes, she has access to oyster shell. I don't know what the problem is. Eggs are coming every 2-3 days.
