This is Selena. She is 16 weeks old and she has been sluggish and staying by herself today. I noticed some sort of bump right between her beak and comb, but I thought that it might just be how it was shaped. Now it is bleeding. How do I care for a wound in this area? Would she have been acting this way due to pain from the bump or should I be concerned about disease? She is eating and drinking fine but not pecking around much. We do have her separated from the other four.

I’m honestly not sure. It was only the one spot and I didn’t think enough of it to take a picture. 😣 My husband took this one this morning.

We did clean it, but the blood had already started to dry before we realized she was bleeding, so it’s not any easier to see.
