We were processing our meat birds yesterday an found that one of our birds had a cardiac effusion. Or at least that's what we think it was. We were wondering why he was the runt of the litter. That explains it. Showed no other signs of illness. Was foraging and running to the end. 3 pounds 5 ounces isn't bad for runt.
