Chicken with bad infection on mouth/face (was Vitamin B complex injectable dosage for chicken)

I am not sure what it was...i miss her so much :(
The spleen looked somewhat weird. Her yolk stalk had regressed back to the immature stage. She had no egg yolks in her :(
She was merely two years old and never had egg related problems. She also had unprocessed small pieces of grass blade in her gizzard. She hasn't been in contact or eaten any shorts of weeds in at least 3-4 months. Liver, kidneys, heart, everything looked normal. Intestines clean. The spleen looked weird. That's about it.

I just realized i never uploaded the pics. Oopsie

I am not sure? She did eat scratch grains the last few days, mixed with her feed? She also received the vitamin b complex injections once a day at 0.3ml, since it was the only thing keeping up her appetite. But my guess is that it's from the grains/ corn most likely.

I'm not sure.
It could be fat.
I'm wondering if it is infection.
Like EYP.

But how does that make her have facial skin issues? She laid eggs even when she was receiving antibiotics. Nice healthy eggs. Then she just stopped. She never had a single issue. And the pic of her regressed yolk stalk shows she didn't have any egg yolks in her. Nothing.

No no...I'm not saying it had anything to do with her face. I was just wondering.

The state vet that i sent the pics to, said he would explain further. He only addressed the yolk stalk that had regressed back to the immature stage. Maybe he sees something that we can't. He's quite busy, so now i have to wait. I am pretty mad that i couldn't send her in for a necropsy. It's only $50 to get it done here, but i would've wanted to get her back, and that would have cost me $150...
Stupid me wanted her back, well now she's buried in my backyard and i won't ever find out for sure what she may have had!
I bought a very nice $160 microscope, so i could do some testing. I have almost everything on hand that i would have needed to do a biopsy of the organs. I was so distraught that i had to end her misery, everything i wanted to do after her passing, went over my head and out of my thoughts. Pretty mad at my self...
